Katie F. Morgan engages in general practice and works primarily out of the Paullina office. Her experience and practice includes litigation, real estate matters, estate planning, probate, family law, tax preparation, juvenile and criminal law. She has a strong interest and background in agricultural related issues and providing legal representation to those in the agriculture industry and farming.

Katie was admitted to practice law in Iowa in 2010. She graduated from the University of South Dakota Law School where she was a research assistant to the property law professor. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication from Iowa State University. She is a commissioner on the Judicial Election District 3A Nominating Commission and a member of the Iowa State Bar Association.

Katie and her husband have three children and farm.
