BRADLEY K. DEJONG

Brad De Jong concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, real estate transactions, business and corporate law, including entity setup and general corporate representation, agricultural law, municipal law, income tax preparation and planning, and litigation, including Plaintiffs Personal Injury.

Brad is a 1979 graduate of Northwestern College.  He graduated from Creighton University School of Law and was admitted to the Iowa State Bar Association in 1983.  He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa.  Brad served as a part time District Associate Court Judge from 1993-1998.

Brad is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and Sioux County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Iowa Academy of Trust & Estate Counsel, Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, Planned Giving Council of Sioux land, Iowa Municipal Attorneys Association and the Christian Legal Society.

Brad and his wife, Jana, have 2 adult children and 5 grandchildren.  They are members of New Hope Evangelical Free Church. He is a lifelong Orange City resident and has been involved in numerous community organizations including serving on the Orange City Development Corporation Board of Directors, Northwestern College Board of Trustees and MOC-Floyd Valley Community School District school board.
